Kim Hatton, NP

Kim Hatton became, a Nurse Practitioner, board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and licensed by the state of California in 1998 to provide family-centered healthcare to all spectrum of ages. As a Bakersfield native, she attended Bakersfield College to earn an RN degree and then continued on at CSUB to complete her BS.

Since that time, Kim has accumulated over 20 years of nursing experience and education in various areas of patient care (Emergency Medicine, Rheumatology, OB/GYN, General and Bariatric Surgery, and Medical Aesthetics). Her scope of practice encompasses health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis and management of common and complex health care problems beginning in childhood and continuing through the aging process. An ardent believer of patient and family wellness, Kim promotes and advocates to her patients make health lifestyle choices.

Kim has a strong nursing skill-set and strives to provide the best health care possible. She builds trust with her patients and seeks to acquire a comprehensive evaluation of each patient by taking the time to listen and understand their needs to structure the most effective health plan and consequently a better outcome.
