Dr. Nikky Bardia is a board-eligible interventional cardiologist with advanced training in complex coronary interventions and structural heart disease. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of South Alabama, where she also served as Chief Resident. She then completed her Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at the University of South Alabama and her Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at the University of Toledo Medical Center.
Dr. Bardia has pursued additional advanced training in complex high-risk percutaneous coronary intervention (CHIP) and structural heart interventions, with expertise in treating complex and calcified coronary artery disease, left main and multivessel disease, and the use of advanced techniques such as rotational atherectomy, intravascular imaging, and physiologic assessment to guide personalized patient care.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Bardia is actively involved in cardiovascular research and medical education, with numerous peer-reviewed publications and academic presentations. She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered cardiovascular care.
