Trevor Williams launched his healthcare career as a licensed paramedic in 2001 and worked as an EMT while finishing his B.Sc. at University of California, Santa Barbara. On graduating, Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California accepted Trevor for the Primary Care Physician Assistant Program and became California State board certified Physician Assistant in 2008. Since that time, Trevor has been an Internal Medicine Physician Assistant at the medical offices of Edward Nichols, MD. Over the years, he acquired clinical expertise in various systems of care (Pulmonary medicine, Endocrinology, Orthopedics, OBGYN, Emergency Medicine, and Pediatric).

Trevor believes in helping individuals achieve optimal health for long term disease prevention. His emphasizes to his patients that proper sustainable physical activity and healthy nutrition will deter high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, bone decay and memory loss. Additionally Trevor believes patient collaboration to devise plans to eliminate or reduce medication burden, improve fitness, nutrition level and successfully negotiate the aging process.

In his spare time he enjoys practicing yoga, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, swimming, golfing, cooking, traveling and spending time with family and friends. He has been happily married since 2006, and they are the proud parents of two fur babies.
