William Chamberlain, PA-C

William E. Chamberlain IV was born in South Carolina and raised in New Jersey, where his father owned a construction company. While attending undergraduate college in Massachusetts, 9/11 took place. Moved by the tragedy and to support his country, William enlisted with the US Navy and is a veteran of two foreign wars. After his honorable discharge, William decided to dedicate his time to helping those in need as well as providing for a future family. William is a graduate of SJVC's Physician Assistant program.

Shortly after graduating and becoming a licensed physician assistant, William moved to Los Angeles and took charge of clinics at St. Anthony's Medical Care as the supervising provider while working weekends at Bakersfield Heart Hospital’s ER. The eclectic blend of Bakersfield's country and city atmosphere ultimately pulled him to settle here. As the primary care provider, William runs Sillect Medical Centers’ Priority Care Clinic which focuses on Medicaid hospital discharge follow ups and heads the Bakersfield Heart Hospital Wound Care Clinic.

When William is not working, he may be found on the golf course or the race track, and still yet more often at home with his newly married wife, Ana Maria.
